Adding clips to our system is as easy as filling out a form. Simply copy and paste your information, select your categories, and hit submit. Your clip is then published and available for viewing, emailing and searching. ClipBookPro minimizes the burden on your end, while making your search and query capabilities as powerful as possible.

How do you know your system works so well?

The ClipBookPro system has been used on statewide political campaigns and with national organizations. The front-end simplicity of our system combined with the strength of our back-end resources has made ClipBookPro a vital resource for them in accessing their research.

Is my information secure?

Yes. You choose who can access your research, and you can re-set your group password at anytime. Additionally, our website is SSL protected, which means your data is transmitted safely and securely. Furthermore, ClipBookPro never reviews your data. What you post is your business, and our only concern is making our system work for you.

Can I post video, photos or PDFs?

Yes and no. The basic ClipBookPro package is not a file sharing site. Because of the file size of videos and images, we do not allow users to upload those files to our basic system. Our system does allow you to add links and embeddable code from sites like YouTube, or from pretty well anywhere, into your clips.

For clients who want a fully-integrated option, we offer our FileSharingPro package. FileSharingPro enables you to easily upload videos, images, PDFs and other files to your own secure space. You can then seamlessly link to them from your ClipBookPro account.

Can I enter old clips?

Of course. You can choose any date you would like for your clips.

Is there an annual fee to use ClipBookPro?

Yes. In addition to the price for set up, we charge a nominal annual fee to continue using our service. This covers our costs for hosting your clips, for implementing regular updates to our system, and for making sure everything runs as smoothly as possible.

What if I need something special?

While ClipBookPro is perfect for 99% of organizations, we can easily customize our system to suit your unique needs. Of course we can't do this for free, but if you have a specific need, we can probably find an affordable solution to make ClipBookPro work for you. We also review any requests we receive and evaluate them to determine if they will improve our service for all of our customers. If you need it, someone else might too, and we may very well integrate a solution for free.

Do you ever go down?

The world isn't a perfect place, and we can't guarantee perfection. What we can do is guarantee that we have taken every step possible to ensure that your access to your information will be as reliable as humanly possible. Our site is hosted on the Mosso Cloud server system, which is run by RackSpace, one of the leading and most reliable webhosting companies in the business. Cloud hosting minimizes concerns about any one user tying up too many resources or a minor server misfire slowing down our system at your expense.

What if I decide to leave ClipBookPro, can I take my clips with me?

Of course. Your data is your data. While we are confident ClipBookPro will become a key resource for you and your team, should you choose to leave, we will package your clips for you and send them to you in a file format that you can take with you.
